This would seem to be a realistic starting price. I think the $350/hd price was after a cost share program from NRCS. The total cost would defiantly depend on excavation costs among others. Costs beyond the building as well, more feed storage, maybe more equipment to feed and clean. As Chad wrote, it is a huge commitment.
