You want to play by their rules then? That becomes a whole different ball game. They want your soil tests and they are going to tell you when and where you can spread the manure, etc. There's a whole pile of red tape in that program.

We've been in trouble here. Had to put in a buffer strip and they said they maybe wanted us to build a dike. That's been 3-4 years ago and haven't heard back from them since. That's a good thing.
