NE SD | Not any that I know of. Slats are too hard on their hooves and legs. By the time they are finished they can hardly walk. Thats why everyone went away from them back in the 80's. Also with this, you're hauling out semi-solid manure and wouldn't need a tanker/injector and all the other equipment involved, just a slinger. One barn I know of uses sawdust from a door factory. Think he gets it for little to nothing. Wouldn't that be nice. | |
