The bottom ot the market at Rock Valley, IA is usually around $100. They always have a few loads in the $140-$150 range as well. It doesn't seem to matter what package it is in anymore, as rounds top the market as often as big squares. Little squares usually bring a premium of $20 or so but not always and for sure not enough to make them worth doing. Cornstalks in big rounds have been in the high $50s. Winter grazing here in pretty poor for almost a month now from the hard crusted snow and ice layer, so I expect to see prices rise into spring and maybe explode if evidence of winterkill shows up in early April. Lots of hay acres lost to $4 corn too.
