west Tennessee | here in west Tennessee.... theres no doubt that we burned up....... almost no rainfall for 4 months and 21 days over 100 degrees.... but out of our 2000 acres of cotton this year our stoneville 4427 has to be the absolute worst.... we have picked dpl 444 at 700-900 lbs.... stv 4554 flex from 500 to 900 lbs.... but with Stoneville 4427flex .... we havent had a farm yet pick over 400 lbs....... lots of 250 to 350 lb. 4427..... Stoneville reps around here said it would be the next big thing.... it would surely replace 4554 in two years....... a little more growthy with excellent grades they said.......... well thats a load of bull...... no more 4427 for us.................
