I pretty much agree with you on the new Farm Bill, the old Farm Bill just spruced up which I think is just the old Farm Bill, not like the wholesale change that started years ago.
You know I preach inoculating legumes just like Grandpa taught dad and I, don't care whose you use, just use it.
Will be interested in your results but feel satisfied that you recognized, tried and will evaluate.
I think it is the biggest nobrainer in agriculture and much cheaper than tile drainage, though tile may pay more dividends!
