North Central Iowa | Ed, While I respect your opinion, and Rich's, I have to disagree. I think we will have a 'new' farm bill from this congress. I can't remember where I heard or read it recently, but whoever it was felt that there was no way congress was going to take on passing a new farm bill during a presidential election year, and that made a lot of sense to me. My guess is some minor changes to modify what we've had and they'll put off any kind of major reform another 5 years (or whatever they think will get by). Mike |
