north central Oklahoma | Tru dat. But only in crop insurance. Disaster payments are only dished out rarely, last one in '02 I think, can't remember. And a widespread loss need occur before it will be enacted, not just localized losses. Most all homeowners in Nawlins recieved "disaster" payments, some prolly still are even though many never carried a nickels worth of insurance on their dwellings, knowing full well they were in a flood zone. Those payments were for the vote too.
