Subject: Disaster Payments?

Central Kansas
Throughout most of the wheat belt where the Easter freeze affected the wheat crop, IF, you had insurance, you are going to get a payment. FSA office says it will be 42% of something but thats all they supposeabley know. Anyone know for a fact what the 42% will be based on? Would sure like to know now so I could do some planning. Know for sure that the sign up starts Oct. 15th. TIA
