It sounds like personal preferance thing Dave. But, I thought we were talking about jpeg photos....isn't that what original poster used? Normally they don't have sound, though you can record them that way. Some folks watch or make slideshows & will often have background music. Seems lots of funeral homes are doing that these days also. I'd think the mute button would work there OK. Video from inside of modern cab will get you not much but a low, dull noise. You won't get much of the combine noise if it's next to you in the field. You can often hear the driver/cameraman grunting as he twists to try & get good shots. I think often these are done w/digital still cams in video mode. I suppose it could be interesting to listen to...assuming entertainment center radio is turned down. If you're filming a turbine spray plane 1/2-3/4 mis away & downwind....you won't hear much of anything at all. Trains in background might make more noise...probably do. |
