No, if the pictures are hosted on another site, you load them from that site and the bandwidth is charged to that site. If you "UPLOAD" the picture to our server then the bandwidth is charged to us.

Since we went to a dedicate server about 20 months ago, we have not had any bandwidth problems. But, that can always change.
