I beleive 0-0-30 would be potassium hydroxide (very expensive) unless it is a clay suspension. The most stable liquid potassium chloride clear would be 0-0-11. You can mix KOH with poly phosphate. If you mixed the two (KOH and poly) you would get 5-18-15. It can be cold mixed. 0-54-0 would be liquid triple super phosphate. It has a pH of about 3. If you put a stong base such as anhydrous or aqua ammonia with it, you will get a heat of reaction. TSP has to be buffered with ammonia - that is why most all liquids have some nitrogen.
