Subject: Re: Grain in outside storage, Parkdale, Arkansas

Northeast Louisiana
Parkdale is in southern AR and not too far from me. We have several elevators in Northest LA that do the same thing. Base has fans and ductwork, but they suck air instead of blow which keeps the tarp on.
Raley's has a big pile at Crowville, LA, and Farmer's Grain in Waverly does this every year.
This isn't considered long term storage, it will be the first grain they move out once harvest is over.
