If the calf was average or another words ratio'd 100 it would have no effect on the EPD. If he ratio'd above 100 it would move the EPD up and vice versa if below 100. I'm a member of the ASA so there could be a difference in rules between associations.

You forgot about Angus being opposite on their ratios so you better explain that too............ :-)
edit : of course I was thinking BW ratio. LOL.... Dang it, they need to make it all the same for all breeds. Too much to think about.
