S.E. Nebr. | Gilts are a pain in the ass to breed. I have my show pig gilts in a lot with concrete pens in a shed. We brought over a one nutter hog and locked him up seperately. Actually worked out as the gilts would go into the other pen next to him when they came in heat. But it took two times to breed them as they didin't stick the first time. Now I brought over younger boars to the lot to finish up. Seems to be working. | |
