When I sell quarters, the hind quarter goes for 2.85 and the front goes for 2.35. I do try to discourage anything less than a half. If they insist, I tell them that I will not send to the butcher shop until it is all accounted for and if they know anyone that would buy the other quarter, it would be quicker for them.
