Downtown Shell Knob MO Come Visit! | Now a days I like to by my seed in December I figured by then the new crop seed was getting around and then I would let it sit in cool dry area (with last years seedcorn) Id rather have it that way instead of trying to buy seed on the 15 of August that was sitting in some van trailer in the 110 degree heat 20 days earlier. During the Arkplus days, I was always a day late and a dollar short so I never got any seed until the 15th or 20th of September, and by then allied usually was pretty good about having some new crop seed in the area. Maybe it pays to be behind sometimes :) |
