Faunsdale, AL | I always figured a cow is smart enough to know what's good to eat and what's not. Of course her opinion changes depending on how long it's been since a new bale arrived, how cold it is etc. Grinding messes up that system. I think you can do better if you manage your bales better (when you put them out, how many you feed, how often, rings, unrolling etc.
Maybe we're the only ones feeding stuff that shouldn't be ground, but I doubt it. | |
