Hot water without a doubt. Since everyone uses DDGs now it seems to stick to the concrete and cold water just doesn't get the oil base off.
We use alkota washers 3500 psi 5gpm hot water. Have had them for 8 yrs now ,zero problems. Alkota has the best washers bar none
We also run soakers on and off for a couple days.
I am hiring it done more often now but still use my washers.
