In 2007 I paid $.70 a brick or $4.80 per sf with modular brick in the Edwardsville, Il area. Recently on some commercial construction projects, non-union labor only has been in the $.85 to $.95 per brick or $5.80 to $6.50 per square foot. Not exactly sure where you are but I can give you the name of the guy who did my house.
