So. IL | Anyone built a new home lately? I am kind of shocked at the price to have any brick work done. Got an estimate of $7.00 per square foot, labor only. Is this in line? Or do I need to get another estimate? The job is an easy one, all work is at ground level, no scaffold needed, and I was providing a bobcat loader, and the masonry saw to do all the cuts. Maybe things are just higher in price than I expected? Thanks | |
