Chilliwack, British Columbia | Glad I read this thread. Have a fresh cow that just was never "right", 2wks fresh today. Other than the "lumpy jaw", she just seemed like a sick fresh cow. Now I am suspecting Johnes. Never had one before, but her milk is getting dumped now instead of being fed to calves. Hope its my only one, but I know if I have one, I have more. Now to see where my faults are in my calving procedure.

Oakwood, have you had problems before? If so, I would be very interested in your sequence of events in eradication, and see what could be learned.
