My son has one, it was in the house when he bought it so it's a few years old.

He has to completely dismantle and clean it every other day or it won't burn reliably.

I would hope the new ones are better, but I would sure ask about maintenance.

"Here", pellets seem to be cheaper now than they have been the last few years.
