We have a 6 year-old and really like the big single door with refrigerator on top and bottom freezer with a single door also. Ours has slide-out wire shelves and a lower slide-out wire basket, we keep ice in a bowl with lid so doesn't evaporate and water comes out of the fawcet very cold too.
