I was looking at the ones like that.  One had water inside the door and one had water outside the door.  Hubby doesn't like the thought of having to "dig" out the ice with the hands but most of the icemakers on the door are "slim" design and I didn't think it made very much ice.  He likes to dump the ice tray into his cooler during farming season.  I personally don't mind having to use your hand.  Anything is an improvement from using ice trays that a certain someone does not like to fill after using.... lol!
