I'd think you would need some sort of a permanant corral where you can call them in and feed them grain once in a while so they're used to coming in, and so they figure out where the gate is. Maybe even locate your waterer inside the corral so they're used to going in and out a lot. And you'll need a good solid spot where you can back your trailer up to. And some way to funnel them down into the trailer. Unless you have a stock dog that can load them for you, which I've heard of but never seen.
