Miscarriage of justice..   Too bad the Judge was not there when that was happening,, or better yet it was his spouse and him/her ..   Bet the ruleing would have been  A LOT different... 

I learned 30 years ago,, never never growl at people who have a weapon when tresspassing-engaging in illegal behavior.   Many turn into IDIOTS  when they think they have the upper hand cause they are "he-men with a gun".  They will not know it,, but I will be better armed than they are.  Long as they do not start pointing their guns at me which has happened..
