I've always been under the assumption it was more like, we AI'ed 90%, so that is what we are claiming, but we have a whole bull battery for "cleanup".  Outside of a mass synchronization and timed-AI program, it'd be very difficult to do, and the best timed ai programs are usually only in the 60-65% range.  Just because they did ai, doesn't mean that is what did the job.  The claimed sires are only as valid as the integrity of the seller.
