I don't make them (lol) but cook them on grill, wrapped in foil with salt & pepper or garlic salt, add some chopped onion and peppers along with just a little dab of real butter.
Pull it off at just the right time and you'll have an awesome tasting, juicy bird. The drippings are great for dipping the meat in. My kids love it.
