Kind of like you would fix chicken . . . grilled, chunked up in a mushroom soup base, like Chad suggest - breaded and a favorite, cubed up with bacon wraped around and put on a skewer on the grill.

Edit: If you really want some good eat'en - get a few (15 or more) and make them into pheasant sticks (not jerky). They are good eat'en and hard to keep on hand. I had some made into jerky, I didn't care for the taste . . .
