St.Clair Co. IL. | Ok cousin gave me a couple of pheasant, how do you folks make them? I was thinking about doing one like a turkey and smoke it, salt brin and spices for a day then smoke it, I guess 165 meat temp and it's done?have made one in the oven many many yrs. ago but don't remember how it was, seen on tv the other day guy salt brin soaked it over night removed the breast coated with olive oil and seasoning then baked, give me your best ideas. thanks Bob | |
