Wouldn't you be money ahead to just buy a quarter beef?
I haven't been hunting since I was about 16, but the guys around here have tons of money in their gear these days. Looks like that "free" meat they always tell me about really costs about 10 bucks a pound. Doesn't anyone take the old 870 and hunt in their Carhartts anymore?
In some cases, $10 a pound wouldn't even come close. Especially if you figure in any adult beverages or a trip to the "ballet". |
