really like the Leupold's I have 2, 3x9-40's and 1, 3x9-50. All are Varix II's. Great clarity and they stand the shaking around of a pickup truck. I liked the comment earlier about spending as much on the scope as the gun.
PS: the 50 mm objective is far superior for light interception in low light situations
