| I have been using Mainly Nikons, but also have two Bushnells. The Bushnells were cheapies. I put a $69 Bushnell 3x9 on my .22 for Pdogs. Not sure I would spend much more than that on a scope that was going to be bouncing around in a tractor cab. The view from the Bushnell is O.K. Have a Nikon Coyote special that is better, but a lot more $$$$. Nicon Prostaffs can be had for around $200, and are O.K. I have one on my 270, but the Coyote special(basically a camo buckmaster) is better. Monarch is top of the line, but spendy. Anything over 12 power the field of view gets cut down and the eye relief gets important real fast. Two friends of mine bought Zeiss Conquests last summer, and WOW, those things are nice, but $800. | |
