Care to share what type of program it is to lose that weight. I went through heart surgery 6-years ago and have gained 85 lbs since then. I can come up with all kinds of excuses for it but the weight just won't go away. Doctor says it is simple, "walk more and eat less".
I GET BETTER LOOKING EVERYDAY!!!!
