Subject: grinding dry corn ?

WC Wisconsin
We use dry corn for three months out of the year for our dairy cows. We grind it with a gehl hammer mill mixer. We grind it with a 1/8 or 3/16 screen. I can't remember which one but it is the smallest one they made. The corn is really fine (aka pig feed). We mix this with our tmr. We need a new method of grinding. I have spent more time and money into a machine that is 35 years old and Gehl prices and part availablity is not to great. We called on prices for our local feed suppliers to do the grinding but they priced themselves out of the mix. Does anyone use a Roto grind GG7 or 10 to grind dry corn really fine? We tried one out when we had high moisture corn but we weren't grinding HM corn that fine at the time. Any dairy producers that use one of these units (with good results of course) ?
