If you deliver, and defer payment, are you protected by any gov't entity that ensures payment.
If you are unsure aboot your buyer, I'd suggest you fill your commitments [ slowly, make sure the cheque clears before the next load]
and find another way to defer income. Buy a pickup or some fertilizer.
