Subject: local coop tied up with verasun

SE MN
The local coop that we sell most of our grain with is involved in the verasun problem. We want to know how to best way to protect our grain once it has been delivered.

We would prefer not to recieve payment for crops before next year for tax purposes.

What should we do once the grain has been delivered for record keeping purposes?

How would selling grain and defering payment until next year compare to having grain in storage should the coop become insolvent?

Thanks
