WNW Illinois, Henry Co | be VERY careful, as the way I understand it, only a warehouse reciept has a chance for payment, saving taxes may be the most expensive deal you have ever done IMO. If you sell and defer paymetn to next year, you are an unsecured creditor. if you sell, recieve payment, and they file, you would be in the same boat that verasun caused, bankruptcy would come back for those payments too.
It Looks like we will all have to do due diligence in our business partners as you are investigating. just remember, unsecured creditors are at the very BOTTOM of the list. as you would by selling and deferring payment would make you unsecured. | |
