North Central Illinois | Great advice Pete. Guys are all worried about this year but if they intend to farm next year they need to be looking at 2011 NOW! Lock in at your P, K, abd N needs now because those prices are going to track with grain on the way up and may be much slower to come back down when grain does. If your cash flows shows positive returns with locked in inputs and some forward sales I can't think of a good reason not to do it. | |
