Saronville NE | DT4020 I think we still have good corn not as good as last years but still good, if Im down only 10-15 I will still be very hapy, that will still keep the irr over 200, and the dryland around 150, I can handle that and with $4 plus corn will be smiling all the way to the bank. Dont know how guys can figure on 240 bu corn yr in yr out. Heck I still use 185 irr on cash flow so anything over 200 is gravy, and use 100 on dryland anything over 120 is also gravy. | |
