Most likely not, thus that's where "David" so to speak comes in.

The Hague of course is the only fair filing / jurisdiction for the consumer Davids ( 2 courts MO ), THEY are the ones truely overpaying the tab so to speak.

Granted there are producer Davids in places like the usa/can who may file in their respective areas ( main hurdle is the "follow the money" precidents so common in said areas ).

Little different diametric than the 70's play.
Mainly do to education, idea origination and MUCH better interactive communications globally.

It's not so much about perhaps wheat at all. THIS is about the "little man."
