| The last I checked-few hours ago-wheat basis on export mkts-was firm, particularly with the downside in the paper.
It is time to educate some producers on shutting the gate at these wide levels....it is plain robbery in my view.
A long time has passed since I was active....I would explore thru-put deals with a river house, if there are any independents left-quality & barge quantity.
When a unit has transportation & rail siding & facilities under control, you don't have much leverage
