Subject: Force majeure,

New Mexico
suit on basis.

Heck with a Minus $2 basis in most areas ( thus producers to screwed to deliver to the handicapped net cash price ) and some hungry countries affected by drouth who need product? hmmm

Perhaps the consolidated market heads need to think things over just a touch before those certified letters show up saying, " Greetings, you now need to send us ALL your money, etc., etc," .

Since force majeure IS fully feasible towards an Act of God, it is also highly feasible in today's court environments as an "act of the devil" too.

Talk "punitive" at $1 B per year for an expected 5 year Asian drought run ( last 2 of this magnitude ran over 5 years each cycle ),

Talk "anguish" at $25 B per year. ( say 2 billion common "little people" on the globe affected by the greed basis scenario etc..

We'll see.
