middle TN | There is a similar opportunity here. I have been studying for weeks on a system to unwrap. I haven't built anything, although there is someone near here that is working on a system. The one they are building will require hand loading of the individual loaves, I think it will still require too much labor. They are opening it all by hand right now, and winding up with some relatively expensive feed IMO. Contact me via e-mail addy on here for more info.
What I envisioned working would be something to cut the bread bags, and use of air and some kind of tumbler to seperate the bread from the plastic. Still concerned about the wire ties though.
