SE VA | jreiser, I agree with you. We are outside of a major city area and these bread companies claim that they send the food banks all they want. Seems like they make way too much but I don't know anything about the bakery business. We have fed bread before in smaller quantities and man is it alot of work to open. This oppurtunity came up and there is no way we can open this amount of bread every week or so by hand. Thanks for the replies. | |
