I've heard of grinding it through a hammermill and feeding wrapper and all. The biggest problem with that is the plastic wraps around the mill shaft and eventually damages the bearings. I have also known feeders to hire a bunch of cheap labor, but even cheap labor gets expensive on a job like that.
