some sort of an open hammer mill with an auger ? maybe just an auger? an old combine if you could set up to feed it would seperate a good portion of the bags I think . Everything would come out the tail but the bags should end up on the top , would need another fan at the end to blow them away. Now these are just thoughts don't hold me to it . Will your feedwagon tear it up enough if you load first and let it mix for awhile.Maybe drive over it like silage that would tear the bags also. The cattle will pick out the plastic or eat it . How much bread are you talking about?
