ECIL
1. same
2. better, had a N test done on my worst and levels are good.
3. less, see 4
4. due to all the rain in June roots are very shallow. Went from surplus to firing in 3 weeks. Additional hot and dry will leave a major mark. I think I could use an inch each week until maturity to maintain potential and more to improve potential due to shallow roots. Some fields have holes with died off corn from steaming to death with heat after heavy rains. Other areas have short delayed growth from the same conditions in low areas. Thinner ground is hurt worse. Guys using 28% are hurt worse than those using NH3. Every field has both good and bad spots, more good than bad but where it is poor it will make a noticable dent in whole field yields. There are some towns that look great but others that don't look too good. Some of it is soil type and some of it is total June rainfall. ECIL.
