I tried pinkeye vaccination 10-15 years ago and it didn't seem to work. Since then I use mineral with OTC in it to control pinkeye. It apparently allows an immunity to build up in the calves that protects them later in life. One of my bull customers had pinkeye in every cow but the bull he got from me was not affected.
